Order Processing and Delivery Time
Products are shipped after payment has been cleared. The processing time depends on the type of effect pedal:
- Effect available off-the-shelf: Shipping within 1-2 business days.
- Effect built to order: Fulfillment within 2-4 weeks.
- Custom effect (individual project): Fulfillment within 4-6 weeks (terms and deadline set individually via email).
Delivery costs are specified during the checkout process.
Returns (Withdrawal from Contract)
Return policies vary depending on the product's personalization level:
- Effect available off-the-shelf (standard product): Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the parcel (return shipping costs are covered by the Customer).
- Effect built to order: Due to the individual specification, returns are not possible (in accordance with Art. 38 point 3 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, non-prefabricated goods).
- Custom effect (individual project): Due to the high degree of personalization, returns are not possible (in accordance with Art. 38 point 3 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, goods made to the consumer’s specifications).
